FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Some of the questions commonly asked by our customers.

We will honor even exchanges on all unopened merchandise requested within 7 business days upon receipt of order. The 7 day policy starts the date of registered delivery. If the postmark on your exchange exceeds the 7 day period, your merchandise will be refused and returned to sender and an exchange will not be granted. We do not accept exchange on sale items.

We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale items are final sale.

Our skin care products are available to individual buyers, salon chains, cosmetic/beauty distributors and retailers. Whether you are simply looking to purchase for yourself, or you’re a well-established/emerging skin care line, Herganix Blend is your “one stop” shop for your luxury skin care needs. Our body is our largest organ absorbing anything you put on it. We make products with the care and vitality of your skin in mind.  This is why we use skin benefiting ingredients like clays, herbs, essential oils, and butters from our very planet to formulate our products.

In addition to our naturally derived products, Herganix Blend is carefully packaged with environmentally safe packaging that can be recycled.

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, and Discover.

We here at Herganix Blend care about the planet and it’s inhibitors.  As a cruelty-free company, rest assure that none of our products are tested on animals.

We primarily ship orders placed with standard shipping through UPS or USPS.

We offer expedited shipping throughUSPS.

Orders to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico are shipped using USPS only.

Orders take 1-2 business days (M-F) to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, orders may take up to 10 business days with standard shipping methods. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following week. Expedited shipping methods do not include processing times.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Currently, we are unable to ship to freight-forwarding companies.

$10 standard shipping on US orders (excludes AK & HI). Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $50 (excludes AK & HI), before tax, and after discount. To offer a better shipping experience and rates to our customers, orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in southern California.

If you feel you received an incorrect item in your order, please feel free to reach out to us at info@herganixblend.com within 36 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the incorrect product and invoice. One of our team members will be happy to resolve this with you.
